The Bee Gees‘ Robin Gibb is treating fans to a preview of his first-ever classical work, The Titanic Requiem. Visit the project’s official Facebook page and click “Like” to listen to the album in its entirety. The listening party will run until Friday.
Meanwhile, a video has been posted on Gibb’s official website that shows the singer talking about “Daybreak,” one of the new songs on the album.
“It’s one of the few that has a vocal on it,” Gibb explains, noting that he wrote it “from the point-of-view of one [of the Titanic passengers who] didn’t survive speaking to someone that did, [saying,] ‘Whatever happens, we’ll always be together in the daybreak.’”
The Titanic Requiem will be released on March 26 in the UK and April 3 in the United States.
