Bret Michaels has settled a lawsuit he brought against the Tony Awards over his performance at the 2009 ceremony, during which he was hit in the head by a descending set piece. Terms of the settlement have not been disclosed, according to TheWrap.com.
The Poison frontman, who filed his lawsuit last year against the Tony Awards and the ceremony’s broadcaster, CBS, claimed that the incident — which occurred after he and his band played “Nothin’ but a Good Time” — may have caused the life-threatening brain hemorrhage he later suffered.
