SANFORD–28 year old Silas Lavan Ussery of S. 8th Street was arrested by the Sanford Police Department’s Tactical Narcotics Team, on charges of possession with intent to sell marijuana, maintaining a dwelling to keep controlled substances and possession of drug paraphernalia. The charges were in addition to earlier charges which resulted in his lockup at the county jail. An additional $10,000 was added to his bail.
