LILLINGTON–31 year old Jonathan Howard Norton of Spring Lake has been charged with driving while impaired following a crash on Womack Road in Lillington that claimed the life of 23 year old Cody Hank Boyles of Lillington. According to the Fayetteville Times, Boyles was not wearing a seatbelt.
