Lynyrd Skynyrd has released a new video to accompany “Homegrown,” the second single from their latest studio effort, Last of a Dyin’ Breed.  The clip reflects the lyrics of the tune, which pays tribute to a woman who appreciates some of the pleasures the rural South has to offer.

The video follows the various exploits of a couple of sexy, retro-looking ladies, intercut with footage of Skynyrd rocking out on stage and posing for promo photos.  As the clip begins, we see one of the women — who sports a classic Farrah Fawcett hairstyle — enjoying a ride on the back of a motorcycle, while the other, a tattooed redhead, is lounging by a pool.  Later scenes feature the ladies together, both clad in Daisy Dukes, as they play a risqué game of billiards, tend bar, and dance provocatively on stage with the band.

You can watch he video now online at Roadrunner Records’ official YouTube channel.
