In what’s sure to be one of the most exciting rock tours of 2014, Rod Stewart and Santana will hit the road together for an 18-date North American trek. Dubbed “The Voice, The Guitar, The Songs” tour, the outing is broken up into two legs — the first kicking off May 23 in Albany, New York, running through a June 7 show in Lincoln, Nebraska, and the second mapped out from a July 31 performance in Eugene, Oregon, through an August 20 stop in Wantagh, New York.
Among the major cities the tour will visit are Pittsburgh; St. Louis; Denver; Kansas City, Missouri; and Washington, D.C.; as well as Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton and Winnipeg, Canada.
Stewart continues to promote his latest studio album, Time, which came out last May, while Santana is set to release his first-ever Spanish-language collection, Corazón, on May 5.
American Express card members will be able to buy presale tickets starting this Monday at 10 a.m. local venue time. Tickets will be available to the general public beginning March 7 at 10 a.m.
