  • No closings or delays for local students Monday

  • Lee County students are on a 3 hour delay Friday

    SANFORD–After a three day, unplanned vacation, Lee County students will return to school Friday….on a three hour delay. CCCC students will return to school in Lee and Harnett counties, however, the Chatham campuses remain closed due to hazardous travel conditions.   • Not out of the woods yet

    SANFORD–The word for the morning commute is “slow.” Many Lee County residents leave home early for work in other cities and towns. Road conditions out of Lee County are not in good shape.   • A Sanford man has been jailed on robbery charges

    SANFORD–Sanford Police arrested 18 year old Sharrod Marquis Berryman of Pineland Street on a charge of Robbery with firearm or other dangerous weapon, which is a felony.
